Pastor Chad and Sarah are the lead pastors of Reach Church. They are both graduates of Rhema Bible College. Pastor Chad has been in full-time ministry since 1997 and has been the pastor of Reach Church since 2011. They live in Sand Springs with their son Jax and daughter Ava.
Brayden and Ashley Blauw
Youth Pastors
Pastor Brayden and Ashley are the Youth Pastors of Reach Youth and Ashley also runs our social media! They both graduated from Rhema Bible Training College, Brayden in 2014 and Ashley in 2018. Youth ministry has always been their passion and they have been serving in ministry for the past 10 years. Matt and Kellan Haffner
Children’s pastors
Matt and Kellan Haffner are the Children’s Pastors of Reach Church. Matt has been in full-time ministry since 2010. He is also the Director of Reach Kids Academy here at the church. Kellan is a teacher at Jenks West Elementary and has been a teacher for 10 years. Their desire is to see kids experience a very real God and to have a relationship with Him. Philip Crawford
Teaching Pastor
Philip Crawford is the teaching pastor at Reach Church and also oversees production, outreach, the Dream Team, and small groups. He teaches Wednesday Night Sunday School. He has been involved in various aspects of ministry for more than fifteen years. He and his wife Leah are passionate about missions. They live in Broken Arrow with their daughter Skylar.
Darin Shipley
Worship Pastor
Darin Shipley is the worship pastor at Reach Church. Darin has studied God’s Word through the Berean School of the Bible. He has studied guitar performance through Musician’s Institute in Los Angeles, California. He is a musician, singer, songwriter, and recording artist. Darin has been leading worship since he was a teenager. He and his wife, Pam, love cultivating an atmosphere where people can experience the presence of God. They have three kids who all love serving their church family.
Sylvia Grundy
Administrative Assistant
Sylvia Grundy is the Administrative Assistant at Reach Church. She has worked in several administrative capacities of ministry and has more than 40 years of office experience. She has been married to Larry for 43 years and they live in Tulsa. Her desire is to use her skills to glorify God and effectively support our amazing Reach Staff!
